1. About Us

Ayelet's Kosher Catering & Delicatessen ("we", "us", "our") is operated from 2 Sentinel Square, London. By placing an order through our website you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use our website.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout via our secure Stripe payment gateway.
• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
• Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. This constitutes acceptance of your order.

3. Collection & Delivery

• Orders must be placed before the stated weekly cut-off time. Orders placed after the cut-off will be allocated to the following available slot.
• Collection is available Thursday and Friday from 2 Sentinel Square, London at the times stated at checkout.
• Delivery is available to selected postcodes in London. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode.
• We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but we will aim to deliver within the scheduled slot.
• If you are not available at the time of delivery, please contact us to arrange an alternative.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/collection date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled date may not be eligible for a refund, as food preparation will have already begun.
• If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will issue a full refund.
• Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Allergens & Dietary Information

• All our food is prepared in a kosher kitchen. Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and sesame.
• Please include any dietary requirements or allergies in the "Special Requests" field at checkout or contact us directly before ordering.
• We take allergen requests seriously but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6. Coupon Codes & Promotions

• Coupon codes are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of issue.
• Only one coupon code may be applied per order.
• Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
